Market in Changyi

Each morning, I see a large crowd of people on one street close the the plants,  I figured it was a market , but it is growing due to the Spring Festival time being close.  The Chinese call it Spring Festival, Which is the same as what I have always heard referred to as the Chinese New Year.  It is the same as the Christmas holidays in the west, as far as Santa Claus and gifts.
